Living Wage Employer

We’re very proud to announce that we’re now an accredited Living Wage Employer. We join almost 6,000 other employers around the UK in a voluntary commitment to pay above minimum wage and in line with the cost of living.
This means that as a business we’ve made the conscious decision to ensure that our employees and contracted workers are paid a fair day’s wage. The real Living Wage is independently calculated on an annual basis and is based on the best available living standards in the UK.

This accreditation helps demonstrate our commitment, and we hope this encourages other employers to follow suit and become part of this growing movement towards fair wages for all."
